Documentation

The following are acceptable as documentation for the titles required for the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award.

  1. For any AKC titles photocopy of any of the following:
    1. AKC title certificate
    2. “New Title” listing in AKC Awards (this does not include the JC, SC or MC titles)
    3. Dog’s official show, trial, obedience, agility, tracking record provided by the AKC
  2. For any ASFA titles photocopy of any of the following:
    1. ASFA title certificate
    2. “New Title” listing in FAN
    3. Title report from Field Advisory News
    4. Dog’s trial record provided by ASFA
  3. For any NOFCA, NACA or TCC titles, a photocopy of any of the following:
    1. Title certificate
    2. “New Title” listing in NOFCA Newsletter, Hares 'N' Hounds, or TCC official publication
    3. Trial report for NOFCA News, Hares ‘n Hounds, or TCC
    4. Dog’s trial record provided by NOFCA, NACA or TCC recorder
  4. For any USDAA agility titles photocopy of any of the following:
    1. Title certificate
    2. “New Title” listing in USDAA Report
    3. Title report from USDAA Report
    4. Dog’s trial record provided by USDAA
  5. For any Racing titles photocopy of any of the following:
    1. Title certificate
    2. “New Title” listing in NOTRA or LGRA publication
    3. Trial report from NOTRA or LGRA official publication
    4. Dog’s trial record provided by NOTRA or LGRA

Application

To apply for the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award, the applicant must submit a copy of each title earned in the three unrelated areas plus a BVLAA application.  All the proper documentation must be submitted at one time to the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award Record Keeper.  Incomplete, inaccurate or insufficient documentation and applications will be returned.
